Report on Remuneration
The Remuneration Report, document submitted annually by the Board of Directors to the approval of the Shareholders’ Meeting, in compliance with the provisions of art. 123-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (TUF) and by ISVAP Regulation. 39, contains the guidelines for the remuneration policies that the Company intends to adopt with reference to the Directors, the General Manager and senior managers with strategic duties and personnel.
