Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership structures
The Corporate Governance and Ownership Report is approved by the Board of Directors pursuant to art. 123 of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24/02/1998 on a year to year basis and contains an exhaustive information on the composition of the corporate bodies, the shareholders equity, the rules on corporate information management, the procedure concerning transactions in the issuer’s securities executed by relevant subjects, as well as the Intercompany and related-party transactions. In addition it provides information on the activities of the Board of Directors and the functioning of all Committees thereof included.
